Enerzy Exchange Yoga™ has two rooms for our practitioners
Enerzy Exchange Yoga has two rooms for our practitioners. The Un-Heated room temperature ranges from 77° to 80°. The Hot Room utilizes an infrared heating system with temperature ranging from 95° to 102°, depending on the class.

A powerful and athletic Vinyasa flow all levels class. This class is designed to challenge students as they fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. This class is offered in either the Hot Studio or Unheated Studio.
This is a moderately paced Vinyasa class designed with postures to build core strength, to encourage stability and flexibility through proper alignment, and to fill the body and mind with positive energy. You will journey through a well rounded flow that will leave you feeling ready to take on whatever the day brings. This class is offered in either the Hot Studio or Unheated Studio. Great for beginners and all levels.
A flowing yoga class with minimal instruction. The teacher and students flow on the mat together offering the availability for intermediate / advanced students to deepen and progress their practice.
Suitable for experienced yoga students.This class is offered in the Hot Studio.
Enerzy 360 Body Sculpt
A fusion blend of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga Flow and Body Sculpting. This class incorporates elements of a flowing Yoga class with emphasis on body sculpting by incorporating light-weight hand weights, HIIT cardio and resistance training. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios
Enerzy Roll and Release
Stretch, Roll & Release. Your own self body massage. Treat day-to-day stiffness, prep your body for a workout or recovery after a workout with body foam rolling. Roll & Release focuses on foam rolling and uses body massage balls to loosen tight muscles, increase a student’s flexibility and help a student stay injury free. This class is offered in either the Hot Studio or Unheated Studio. Designed for all fitness levels.
Unwind and return to your center. This class incorporates , breath and movement to help release tension while gaining strength and flexibility. Particular attention is paid to areas where we typically hold stress: the neck, shoulders, hips, legs and chest. Designed for all levels to build an authentic, strong and safe yoga practice. This class moves at a slower pace and focuses on pose depth and alignment. You’ll walk out feeling embodied, empowered, energized, and eager to come back. The class is recommended for brand new yogis, athletes and fitness junkies. This class is offered in either the Hot Studio or Unheated Studio.
The class begins with a body opening Vinyasa Yoga Flow sequence before winding down with passive Yin poses to improve flexibility. Vin to Yin is the perfect combination class to help you tap into to your physical power in the Vinyasa Yoga poses while the Yin yoga sequence will emphasize deeper muscle and fascia release. This perfect combination develops inner strength and physical release while encouraging a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind. Designed for all levels. This class is offered in the Hot Studio.
A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes to gently work deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Yin Yoga gives you the space to slow down, and to stay open to the experiences in your unique body, cultivating a greater awareness, clarity and acceptance.This class is offered in both the heated and unheated studios.
